Session Speaker: Nick Maduros, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Executive Director

Session Overview: As we strive to grow professionally, improving our soft skills is just as important as developing our technical skills. During this workshop, Nick will share how empathy can be the essential ingredient in successfully leading teams and supporting the people we serve.
